Realtor Continuing Education

New Agent Education

ETC provides new agents with a FREE class on the overall inspection process. This class gives the agents who are new to the business a glimpse into each part of the services that ETC provides to their clients.

Inspector Consulting

ETC offers consulting services for existing home inspectors, or those new to the business. Franchise opportunities through ETC are also available.

Flash Chats

From time to time, ETC will invite realtors to what we call "flash chats", or a quick refresher over lunch or a cup of coffee. Flash chats offer a questions and answer forum in an informal setting for realtors.
